Getting to know Jean Gauvin, M.D.

Dr. Gauvin is a licensed physician in California with a multidisciplinary background in medicine, science, and finance. He earned his AB in Biology from Harvard University, a PhD in Computational Chemistry from New York University, an MS in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and his MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.


He completed his medical internship at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, and a psychiatry residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Gauvin has worked across various mental health settings, treating diverse patient populations and earning multiple honors and peer-reviewed publications throughout his career.
