Shala Sobhani, M.D.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. I've earned my medical degree from the University of Paris V René Descartes and completed my psychiatry residency at the State University of New York, where I served as chief resident.

In addition to my clinical training, I have completed advanced training in hypnotherapy at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in 2017. With a rich multicultural background, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

My approach integrates psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and meditation, tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I am fluent in English, French, and Farsi.
