FAQs

1. What's something you want your patients to know about you?

I am a second-generation immigrant and the first in my family to attend college. Having worked at both city hospitals and private hospitals, I am comfortable working with patients from diverse backgrounds.

2. What do you believe is the most important part of the healing process?

I believe that showing up is the most important part of the healing process; the more you show up for yourself, the more you invest in your health. It doesn't matter if you've missed several appointments or you feel discouraged that things aren't getting better; showing up means that there's a part of you that wants to get better, and we can work with that.

3. Do you have experience with trauma or PTSD?

My experience with trauma is primarily with childhood trauma, particularly with sexual abuse.
