Getting to know Brian Mozaffari, M.D.

Dr. Mozaffari, board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, graduated from Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine. He also served as an assistant professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine.

Dr. Mozaffari’s philosophy involves integrating traditional psychiatry, cutting edge neuroscience, and Eastern meditative practices to create a more precise and comprehensive approach to healing.  Dr. Mozaffari works with patients ages 18+ and has extensive experience treating generalized anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, Internet/media addiction, addictions in general, and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Mozaffari treats each person differently, creating a customized approach that also addresses diet, relationships, recreation, and exercise habits. A healthy social life and body can facilitate and, in some cases, augment the process of change.
