FAQs
1. What is your approach to working with patients?
I strive to create a therapeutic space where patients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I view treatment as a collaborative process — a partnership that integrates evidence-based interventions, psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
2. How do you integrate medication management?
I incorporate medication management thoughtfully, following a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s psychological, social, and medical background, as well as their treatment goals and lifestyle. I take time to explain the rationale, potential benefits, side effects, and available alternatives, encouraging patients to ask questions and actively participate in treatment decisions.
3. What types of concerns do you specialize in treating?
I specialize in the treatment of Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
4. What do you believe is the most important part of the healing process?
Healing begins with self-compassion and grows through consistency, self-awareness, and determination, supported by mindful habits, small daily steps, and meaningful connections that foster long-term well-being.
