Amazing! I’ve been trying to get mental health services for over a year before I came to CPS and they were able to schedule my appointment the next week after I got my referral sent over.
FAQs
1. What is your approach to working with patients?
I consider my patients partners in the journey to reaching wellness. Together we identify goals, diagnose problems, and plan out a strategy. I use medication, lifestyle modification, and psychotherapy - depending on your values and goals - to help you reach lasting recovery.
2. How do you integrate medication management?
Depending on the condition, medication can be pivotal in recovery either as a long term aid or a shorter-term catalyst for supporting healing. I am comfortable using the full spectrum of psychiatric meds as well as research-backed supplements. To avoid unnecessary side effects, I typically work with patients to find the minimum effective dose.
3. What kinds of clients do you work with best?
I work best with individuals who are curious about themselves and motivated to create change.
4. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I love meditating, working out, skiing, reading (fiction and non-fiction), business-management, and chess.
