I view medication management as a collaborative process. We start with a thorough evaluation to determine if medication is necessary, and if so, I prioritize the lowest effective dose. My goal is to use evidence-based pharmacological treatments to stabilize symptoms so that you can more effectively engage in the other aspects of your healing journey.

I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a particular focus on mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions (PTSD).
