1. What is your approach to working with patients?
In working with patients my focus is towards a biological-psychological-social approach while emphasizing patient education and shared collaborative decision-making. My approach is generally practical, evidence-based, and tailored to each person's circumstances and goals.
2. How do you integrate medication management?
I use medication to target core neurobiological symptoms and improve stability while minimizing unnecessary medication burden. I provide both evidence based medication management and brief psychotherapy when appropriate.
3. What types of concerns do you specialize in treating?
I primarily work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress-related disorders, and complex psychiatric conditions such as bipolar and psychotic spectrum disorders. I also have expertise in military and occupational mental health.
4. What's something you want your patients to know about you?
I want my patients to know that I strive to provide a compassionate, judgment-free environment where they feel heard and respected.. I strongly believe in taking the time to understand their unique experiences and developing a treatment plan that is individualized and align with their goals and values.
5. What do you believe is the most important part of the healing process?
I believe the most important part of the healing process is the therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty and collaboration. Meaningful change often occurs when patients feel safe, heard, and empowered to actively participate in their treatment plan.
6. What kinds of clients do you work with best?
I work best with individuals who are motivated to better understand themselves and are open to a collaborative treatment process and be willing to engage honestly, ask questions, and work together.

I have experience in working with trauma and PTSD.
8. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and loved ones, the beach, and staying physically active. I also enjoy reading, personal development, and finding ways to maintain balance and wellness in my own life.
