Farzana Amin, MD

Farzana amin, M.D. completed her residency in Adult Psychiatry at St. Louis Medical University in Missouri, where she served as Assistant Chief Resident from 2005-2006. At Stanford University, Dr. Amin served as a fellow for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry program, from which she graduated in 2008. At Stanford she worked extensively with children diagnosed with Developmental Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Mental Retardation. Dr. Amin is actively involved in community projects focused on improving the lives of victims of domestic violence. She has also worked with South Asian Women’s Empowerment and Resource Alliance which provides free and confidential, culturally-sensitive services to South Asian women. She is a double Diplomate of American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, both for adults and child/adolescent psychiatry.

Lydia Breen, MD

Dr. Breen graduated from University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, New York in 1998. She completed her psychiatry residency training at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in 2002. She practiced adult psychiatry for nine years in Chicago. Her clinical interests include psychotherapy, Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Mood Disorders, Post-Traumatic Disorders, and relationship and self-esteem issues.

Dan Yang, MD

Dr. Dan Yang received his M.D. from Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his internship at Stanford and finished his training in psychiatry and child/adolescent psychiatry at the University of Washington in Seattle, where he served as Chief Resident his final year. Dr. Yang takes a collaborative approach and strives to help patients and families make informed decisions on treatment. In addition to the judicious use of psychiatric medications, Dr. Yang also incorporates elements of mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy into his practice. His clinical interests include ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and parent-child relationship issues.
